At ST Ranch Wear, we work hard to get your order packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume seasons (sales, holidays, new arrivals), processing times may be extended by 1–2 extra days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

ST Ranch Wear is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Additional fees to reship returned packages

If you entered your address incorrectly, email us within 12 hours at [your email] so we can update it before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ST Ranch Wear is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not found
  • Stolen packages from your property
  • Damage caused by the shipping carrier

If these issues occur, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will help provide any needed documentation.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
